At present, three generations are working in the kitchen (kitchen of firewood and coal). This is shown in the menu of the restaurant, in which you can find traditional and new creation dishes. We are proud to say as well that we cook the tipical "carquinyolis" of “La Llacuna”, a totally artisan product.
